Our Press Material

At Curated Designs, every product is created with care using the print method that best suits your design, garment, and intended use. We proudly offer Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV), Sublimation, and Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing to ensure you receive the highest quality finished product.

Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV)

Best for:

  • Names & Monograms
  • Simple Logos
  • Specialty Finishes
  • One- or Two-Color Designs
  • Perfect for Glitter, metallic, holographic, and puff designs

HTV is a durable material that is precision cut and heat pressed onto your garment. It provides a smooth, professional finish and is available in a variety of specialty colors and textures.

Pros

  • Extremely durable
  • Crisp, clean lettering
  • Great for personalization
  • Specialty finishes available

Things to Know

  • Best for simpler artwork
  • Not ideal for detailed, full-color photographs

Sublimation

Best for:

  • Bright Full-Color Designs
  • Mugs
  • Tumblers
  • Mousepads
  • Polyester Products

Sublimation uses heat to permanently dye the design into the fibers of the material. Instead of sitting on top of the fabric, the ink becomes part of the item itself.

Pros

  • No cracking, peeling, or fading
  • Soft feel, you can't feel the design
  • Vibrant colors
  • Long-lasting finish

Things to Know

  • Works best on white or light-colored polyester fabrics ONLY
  • Not recommended for dark cotton garments

Direct-to-Film (DTF)

Best for:

  • Full-Color Graphics
  • Business Logos
  • Custom Artwork
  • Small or Large Orders
  • Cotton, Polyester, and Blended Fabrics

DTF printing allows detailed, vibrant artwork to be transferred onto almost any fabric using a special film and adhesive powder.

Pros

  • Bright, vibrant colors
  • Excellent detail
  • Works on light and dark garments
  • Suitable for cotton, polyester, and blends
  • Durable with proper care

Things to Know

  • Slightly more noticeable feel than sublimation
  • Best choice for colorful or highly detailed designs
